Thrive was founded in 2024 by former Health and Human Services Information Technology veterans who are driven to help make a difference in helping underserved communities by finding more effective ways to use data and technology.
Thrive’s mission is to empower communities and organizations to help improve the lives of children and elders in underserved communities by partnering with corporations and nonprofit organizations to provide multi-year strategic planning, inclusive community engagement, facilitated discussions, targeted leadership training and data-driven risk assessments.
Thrive has a vision of a world where the risks of child and elder abuse can be proactively assessed and prevented through the use of information and technology in coordination with professional services and strong community partnerships.
Through the use of information and data science, Thrive aims to help prevent the abuse of children and elders. This is possible through a comprehensive analysis of publicly available information from various sources combined with modern technology to gain a holistic understanding of each individual.
